Tips to make getting active easier

Looking for life hacks to become more active? We have you covered. Here are some things you could try.

- Sleep in your activewear

- Lay out an exercise mat next your bed for some morning yoga

- Leave some weights by the kettle. No coffee until you've pumped some iron

- Keep some walking/running shoes in your car or at work. You never know when you might feel like being active

- Have a recurring alarm reminding your to move regularly

- Get a movement accountability partner

- Block out time in your google/outlook calendar for exercise. Better yet set it as a recurring meeting with yourself

- Pay yourself. Set up an incentive scheme for every time you are active like a reverse gym membership. This could go toward a hobby you really enjoy

- Get a dog. They need walking too.

- Grow a veggie garden that requires regular maintenance. Free food and movement. Win win.

- Mow the lawns. Depending on section size that can be a big job
