TAKE TIME TO BREATHE

Sounds really easy but breathing deeply and slowly is a great way to mindfully bring slowness into your day

It can be easy to order Uber Eats or pop out for a quick meal. But actually taking the time to slow down and spend time cooking is a great way of slowing down our day to experience the tastes, textures, and smell of our food.

SPEND TIME WITH THOSE THAT MATTER TO YOU

Spending time with loved ones is important however it can often be difficult to prioritise. Enjoying a meal together is a great idea or setting aside 30 minutes of distraction free time to listen to a loved one.

TAKE A DIGITAL DETOX

Taking regular digital detoxes often forces you to slow down. You could spend time being active in nature, watch the clouds or take a nap

SET A SIDE ME TIME

In a busy world we often forget about ourselves. However it's hard to pour from and empty cup. Make sure you take time out for yourself to slow down and do something that you like to do.
