1) Plan your meals ahead of time. There is nothing worse than having to think about what to eat especially when you don't like to cook. So having a menu planned out for the week and ingredients ready to go helps a lot.
2) Prepare meals in advance. If you really hate to cook then reducing how many times in the week that you have to do it can help a lot. That's where bulk meal prep can help. Why not prepare 3-7 days worth of meals all at once. Then all you have to do is reheat them.
3) Pre chop. Having ingredients prepared ahead of time helps cut down cooking time. So why not after your next grocery shop, spend 20 minutes slicing up your meat, vegetables and other ingredients so they are ready to go when you need them.
4) Go frozen. Frozen vegetables can be added to any meal and it's as easy pouring them in. Frozen vegetables still have a high nutritional value so they are a great addition to any meal.
5) Keep it simple. If you really don't like cooking then keeping it extra simple is a great idea. It could be as simple as a chicken breast, some brown rice and some sautéed vegetables.
6) Consider healthy convenience. Nowadays if you really don't want to cook at all you can simply buy ready made healthy meal options. While this isn't the most affordable option there are lot of companies to purchase ready made meals from.
