Early 30 challenge!

JOIN US FOR OUR BRAND NEW EARLY 30 CHALLENGE!

Ok – so basically this is a wake-up early challenge so that you can be more productive in the morning! Waking up 30 minutes earlier than usual = “Early 30”!

Early risers are often thought of as energetic problem-solvers leading businesses, organizations, or sometimes even nations. Ever wondered how a morning person can get so much done in only 24 hours? Waking up early gives you a head start on your day.

Night owls may disagree. They may argue that it is possible to get extra work done at the end of the day. While this may be true for some, most of us are conditioned to be most productive during the early hours of the day.

This challenge almost turned into a Sleep Challenge. Don't worry, we weren't going to ask you to wake up earlier without checking how much sleep you need & getting to bed a little earlier too.

Challenge runs from September 13 - 26th.
