We know that slumping over a computer or laptop can be really tough on the body. Check out out favourite 8 "deskercise" stretches here. Ideally if you can make an effort to get up from your desk every 20 minutes (even just to stand for a moment, fill your water or use the washroom) and then try these stretches a few times a day.
